Notice of SingCham Shanghai Annual General Meeting

According to the SingCham’s Memorandum & Articles and By-Laws, below is the final list of members with voting rights at the election of Executive Committee for 2024-2026, which will be held on 7 September 2024. For your kind attention please.

Dear SingCham Shanghai Members,

This is the preliminary list of the members who are eligible to vote based on the information provided to us as at 3 p.m. on 18 August 2024.  Currently, there are 117 eligible corporate members and 52 eligible individual members.
