为进一步便利亚太地区商务人员往来，中方决定自2023年5月1日起接受外方APEC商务旅行卡虚拟卡持卡人入境。

作为过渡性安排，2023年5月1日前，虚拟卡持卡人如来华需申办签证，中方将提供便利，具体要求可向我馆咨询。
